Do your waist beads come with instructions?Yes we include tying directions with all of our waist beads. We also leave extra room at the ends for tying.

Are your massage candles made with any nuts or fragrances?Yes, we use almond, coconut cocoa butter and a variety of fragrances in our candles. We recommend you not use it if you have any related allergies.
